- Participants may elect to contribute up to 100% of eligible pre-tax or post-tax compensation, not to exceed the limits of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- During 2024, the Company made a discretionary matching contribution in which employees whose annualized eligible compensation is less than $150,000 received matching contributions equal to 50% of the participant’s deferral, up to the first 6% of the participant’s eligible compensation.
- Employees whose annualized eligible compensation is greater than $150,000 received matching contributions equal to 50% of the participant’s deferral, up to the first 3% of the participant’s eligible compensation.
- Vesting schedule: After 1 year of service: 25% After 2 years of service: 50% After 3 years of service: 75% After 4 years of service: 100% or upon attaining normal retirement age, death or disability
