- The Plan allows participants to elect to defer a portion of their compensation up to 75%, including any catch-up contributions for participants who have attained age 50, not to exceed the maximum amounts allowed for by the Internal Revenue Code and the Plan documents.
- The Plan also allows participants to defer a portion of their compensation as Roth deferral contributions.
- The Company will match 66.67% of the amount deferred by the participant up to a deferral of 6%.
- The Company may also contribute a non-elective discretionary amount determined each year by the Company.
- Participants are immediately vested in their voluntary contributions plus actual earnings thereon and any non-elective discretionary contribution made by the Company.
